Switch Health is a Canadian healthcare technology company that scaled rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic, becoming one of the country’s leading providers of at-home and rapid testing services. As demand surged overnight, their existing web presence couldn’t keep up.
The Challenge
Switch Health needed a marketing site that could handle extreme traffic spikes, communicate clearly with a stressed public, and be updated by their team on the fly — all under tight deadline pressure. Slow load times and unclear messaging were costing them conversions at a critical moment.
