Weighpack Systems is a manufacturer of industrial weighing and packaging equipment. Their internal operations team was running critical warehouse and production processes on a patchwork of spreadsheets — a setup that worked until the business scaled past the point where human error was acceptable.
The Challenge
Manual spreadsheet-based operations create invisible risk: version conflicts, data entry errors, lost records, and zero real-time visibility. As Weighpack’s operations grew, so did the cost of mistakes. They needed a purpose-built internal tool that fit how their team actually worked — not a bloated off-the-shelf ERP that required months of configuration.
What We Built
We designed and built a custom internal operations platform from scratch — a web-based system tailored to Weighpack’s exact workflows for inventory tracking, production scheduling, and shipment management. The platform replaced their spreadsheet chaos with a single source of truth that the entire operations team could use in real time.
